To request a return you must email us to info@balticambershop.com and inform us about your decision of returning an item within 3 business days from receipt of goods. We will then authorize the return by email and instruct you on how to send us the goods.
Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 business days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings.
We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 30 days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase, unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which has been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Please note that any requests for replacement items or returns, must be made within 3 days.
All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of received address.
